Nowadays both opportunities and challenges exist in Chinese communication market. With the reform and restructuring of telecom industry, the competition is getting more intense between the telecom service providers. As the most important aspect of service, transmission network performance presents core competition of operators. The practical software of transmission plus size wedding dresses network planning and optimizing can greatly help operators increase the efficiency of network performance as well as decrease the cost of network operating. However, network wedding gowns dresses planning and optimizing software product can not meet the demands of the present market. With fast growing of network bandwidth needs and rapidly developed communication technologies, telecom service providers pressingly need some practical tool for transmission network planning and new wedding dresses optimization.This project is software (named UnitransZXTOP) development of custom made prom dresses optical network planning and optimization, which is practical tool in the use of transmission network planning. The implement of software is based on the research of related technologies of wedding dresses 2010 optical network (SDH/WDM). This paper is focus on the module of traffic demand routing and protection.The algorithms for practical application will give more consideration on the fields which the theoretical research on the optical network field less concerned.
